Departure from your hotel to the valley of Mars, named after its orange and red landscapes, and its rock formations of salt, calcium and dunes similar to the red planet, located in the sector of the salt mountain range, it offers us trails with unique landscapes in the desert. We will hike through its interior trails, reaching pristine dunes, and then continue our walk to the viewpoint of the cornice that offers a magnificent view of the valley with its rock formations and colours of the desert. Time for picnic lunch.
Then we head towards an area of the Salar de Atacama where the Cejar Lagoon is located. Here we will have the possibility to experience a swim in very salty waters with a great floating effect. We also visit the Ojos del Salar, two perfectly circular lagoons in the middle of the desert. Finally, the last stop is at the Nature Sanctuary Laguna Tebenquiche, where we walk along a trail to observe the Stromatolites (the oldest organisms on the planet) and the volcanoes of the Andes Mountains.
